4. Refunds

On-demand courses: 7-day refund window if less than 20% consumed. Workshops: cancel up to 14 days before start for a refund, subject to any stated fees.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share or resell course materials without permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.
• Follow safety guidelines when working with tools and adhesives.

6. Intellectual property

All content is owned by IsolaFrame Workshop or its licensors. Trademarks, logos, and text may not be used without written consent.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Always follow local regulations and manufacturer guidance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss.
